Making process
Start with a 20lb foam. Stick a sheet of ortho drawing on the foam. Use bandsaw machine to cut the foam for three times, cut once on each view.

Sanding
Start sanding the foam to the accurate shape, using different tools to achieve the form.

Primer Painting
Before paint the color, several layers of primer painting can help the surface be more smoother, it will filled the tiny holes on the surface to make sure it will looks super shiny after paint the color.

Color painting
After using 800 grit sandpaper to sand the primer layers, I painted the color on the foam. The final look is really smooth and shiny due to the help of the primer painting.
