Foam cutting
Draw on the 20lb foam and ready to cut it.
Form cutting
Use lath machine and mill machine to cut out the form for different parts.
Primer painting
After figure out the specific form of the 20lb foam
Primer and Bondo
Use white primer paint to cover the grey one, which will help with the final color painting. Bondo was used to fix the gaps and small holes on the surface. The surface will be flat and smooth after sanding.
Tamiya painting
As the surface became really smooth, I start to use different colors to cover different parts of the toy car.
Final outcome
This is the final look of the toy car, with some testing prototypes behinde it.
